vegas baby!
Well it turned out that my sister may not make it here next week. She is travelling from Sydney with her fiancee. She had some trouble with the INS about 6 years ago. She overstayed her last visit here and I completely forgot to extend her visa <bad sister>. Her passport was flag from that day on so the next time she tried to get back in the US she was sent back to Sydney. A complete waste of airfare.
Anyway, it’s been awhile since she tried to come back in the US and she had planned this trip mainly to introduce the fiancee to the rest of the family. She also wanted to check out some locations for her wedding as we figured that it would be cheaper for them to get married here. She purchased her tickets months ago and it finally dawned on to her last week that she may need a visa. Approval for visa’s could take about 3-weeks. So her trip next week had to be postponed.
Unfortunately, my vacation is all set. We’re heading to Vegas next week to celebrate my 35th birthday with or without her! My mother tried to lay the guilt trip on me but I am not having any of it. I am ready to go to Vegas baby! This photo was taken from our trip last year. We didn’t gamble much but we definitely enjoyed our hotel stay.

Take pictures. Vegas is a bright and thrilling place. Been there a few times myself. Last year, I actually took a few pictures and turned them into personalized gifts for my family members!
