I am beginning to feel all the aching joints and muscles. I’ve been sick a lot lately too so I can just see what life would be like for me in my 40’s. I am slowly losing my voice and I’m having a hard time breathing. I’m not sure if this is related to the unhealthy air we’ve had lately in Northern California (due to the fires). I just want to stay in bed all day and sleep!
On a different note, I went out to eat last night with a few girl friends from work. We went to Spencer’s Steakhouse in San Jose. I had the Spencer Steak with some beer battered onion rings. I had their famous onion soup and an apple martini. We had the apple pie, mango sorbet and the crème brûlée for dessert. It was a delicious meal! I am not a foodie but I truly believe that if you are with great company – the food just taste better. Don’t you agree?
